FAQ - Size, Material, Postage.

*Sizing Note: Please measure your children carefully when choosing a size. Remember that these rainsuits are designed to fit layers of clothing underneath. Elastic wrists, waist and ankles and adjustable shoulder straps on overalls mean you can often go up a size to allow for longer wear.

Larger Orders:

We welcome orders from kindergartens, pre-schools and schools. Send an email via our "Contact Us" page and we'll be happy to quote. Goods will be delivered from Denmark with a turnaround time of approx. 10-14 working days - subject to availability.

Materials:

Elka Rainwear: 190g or 220g Polyester/Polyurethane material for solid colour rainsuits, multi-colour and overalls.

 Postage & Delivery:

Postage within Australia is set up automatically via PayPal at AUD$12.30 in a prepaid satchel for goods over 500g and under 3kg. 

We welcome overseas orders also. Our PayPal is set up to add postage according to your location based on Australia Post's current international rates. Feel free to contact us with any queries, or if you require registered or express post. 

In most cases delivery will be dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Delivery to major Australian cities will be 2 - 3 working days, and up to 4 days for country areas. 

If you require 'express' or 'registered delivery', please email via the 'Contact Us' page asap after placing the order. There may be an extra charge applicable depending on postage location.

Should your goods be returned to us as undeliverable by Australia Post or courier, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, however we reserve the right to make a further charge to cover our additional postage expense.

We take no responsibility for goods lost in transit or due to an incorrectly supplied address.

Returns

Please choose your items carefully by measuring your child. We keep our prices lower than competitors to ensure they are available to all and the cost of return postage for change of mind often means we make a loss.

We accept returns within 14 days of order for incorrect orders or if size is not correct ONLY if goods are in original condition with tags attached.

Postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We will issue a refund via PayPal or exchange goods.
